CRIME INCIDENT REPORTING FORM

If you are a victim of crime it is important that you report this first to the Police on 999 if urgent or 101 if not urgent.

Please use this form and its upload function to provide information on any criminal activity taking place on St Mary's Island and the adjourning area as part of the SMI Neigbourhood Watch scheme.

This form will allow you to upload two separate video files and pictures using the buttons below.  If you have more information, please complete another crime incident form.

The information will go directly to the Chatham Maritime Trust (CMT) and will be passed onto the PCSO and Kent Police.  SMIRA does not keep a copy of this information.
